Competition winner

Congratulations to Nicole Konze from Germany who won our competition to teach the unit with a class and send us her feedback. Nicole wins an iPod Touch. This is what she thought:

'This course seems to be absolutely fantastic! All of my students really enjoyed the sample unit. They had lots of fun doing the various exercises and because of the numerous additional activities were always encouraged to speak and had so much fun in doing so! They never got bored. The grammar was explained in plain English so that the students never felt like giving up (which they used to do in previous courses ("this is all Greek to me – I just can't get my head around it").

The speaking activities were hilarious - "Portobello Market" even encouraged some of the men during the role plays to try and trade in their wives…!

The Audio files are interesting and easy to understand.

The teacher's book is also a great help as it keeps giving you even more ideas, e.g. how to explain new vocabulary in English only and shows you a lot of additional activities and things to tease the least out of the unit – no matter if there are 10 people in class or only 2 or 3!

I will definitely order the whole package for my new courses! This book is better than any other course book I have had so far – and I have books from all the leading publishing companies!

To me the most important thing for the students is to have fun and success when learning a new language – and they definitely had both lots of fun and success when trying this unit!'
